1. Returns

1.1 Prescription Medication

After uploading your prescription, our pharmacist will contact you to confirm the details of your order, ensuring that the exact brand prescribed by your doctor is delivered. If the prescribed brand is unavailable, we will inform you of suitable substitutes for your approval before completing your order.
Due to the sensitive nature of medication and regulatory storage requirements, we are unable to accept returns on delivered prescription medication.

However, returns will be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product is defective.
  • Items are lost or damaged during transit.

Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 3 days of purchase, provided you have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns or exchanges are not possible if more than 3 days have passed since your purchase.
Once the returned item is received, we will examine it and notify you via email or phone regarding your eligibility for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

We accept returns of grocery items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 3 days of purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

After receiving the returned item, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

2. Exchanges
